Here is a conversation that we had on the way to school this morning:


"My grandma and grandpa take me to the Como Zoo"
"Yep, they took you there last summer"
"I rode a horse with my grandma"
"Yep you did that at Halloween time"

"I want to dress up like a puppy"
"You do? We will need to make a costume for next Halloween"
"Yeah!!"
"Miss Anna's puppy licked my face"

Pause

"Mommy, it is officially springtime"
"Yep, it is."
"The rain is going to make the flowers come"
"Your right honey, the rain will make the flowers come"
